Schedulance is built by Snowtree LLC. This policy explains what data Schedulance collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the Schedulance app.

The short version: we collect only what the product needs to work, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

What we collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and sign-in credentials, managed through our authentication service.
Scheduling data: The appointments, work orders, clients, parts, and prices you enter into Schedulance. This data exists so the product can work for you; it is yours.
Technical information: Standard technical logs such as browser type and IP address, used for security and to keep the service reliable.

How we protect your data

Encryption in transit: All traffic between your browser and Schedulance is encrypted with TLS.
Secure storage: Your data is stored in managed, access-controlled infrastructure with encrypted backups.
Access control: Sign-in uses modern authentication standards, and access to production systems is restricted and audited.
Continuous review: We review our security posture and dependencies continuously as part of how we build.

Delete records you no longer need directly in the app
Request deletion of your entire account and its data

Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Ever.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host and secure Schedulance, and only as needed to run the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Data retention

While your account is active: We keep your data for as long as you use Schedulance, so your schedule and history are always available.
When you delete: When you delete your account, your data is removed from the live service promptly.
Backups: Encrypted backups age out on a fixed schedule, after which deleted data is gone from backups too.

Children's privacy

Schedulance is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will:

Update the effective date at the top of this page
Announce material changes on this site
Never reduce your rights without telling you first
