Who we are
Schedulance is operated by Snowtree LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Snowtree LLC.

- Acceptance
- By creating an account or using Schedulance, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Schedulance for an organization, you accept them on the organization's behalf. Privacy Policy.
- Accounts and security
- Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your license to use Schedulance
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Schedulance for your business while your account is in good standing.
- Your content
- The schedules, clients, and business data you enter remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to host and process that data to run the service.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Schedulance to break the law or infringe others' rights
- Attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service
- Resell or sublicense access without our written consent
- Upload content you do not have the right to store
Pricing and payment
Paid plans
Where paid plans apply, prices and billing terms are shown before you commit.
- Prices are shown before you subscribe or purchase
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled
- Taxes may apply based on your location
Governing law
- Intellectual property
- Schedulance, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Snowtree LLC. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
- Service changes
- We improve Schedulance continuously and may add, change, or retire features. We aim to give notice before retiring anything significant.
- Disclaimers and liability
- Schedulance is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowtree LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Termination
- You may stop using Schedulance and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we will:
- Update the effective date at the top of this page
- Announce material changes on this site
- Give you a reasonable opportunity to review before they take effect
